1. How do I make changes or cancel my order?

We suggest verifying the details of your order confirmation immediately upon receipt.

CHANGES

You may make any changes to your order within the next 24 hours (processing period) by sending us an e-mail us at Cancellations using the form in the Contact Us page and confirming the requested changes by phone at 407-656-1565. After that period no changes can be made.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within the next 24 hours (processing period).

If your cancellation request is received after the 24-hour processing period, then a cancellation fee of 35% will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

For your cancellation to be effective, it is important that you send us your cancellation request by email at Cancellations using the form in the Contact Us page with “Cancellation Request” under title.

2. How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Once we have received your cancellation request by e-mail, it will take 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed. Notice that all refunds will be made via Paypal (customer is responsible for paying Paypal fees), so please include in your cancellation request the email address you would like us to send the refund to.
