FREIGHT

FOB warehouse, Syosset, New York. Prices do not include freight. Freight will be charged at published UPS rates. We ship only with UPS.

We ship only via UPS, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS.

Each item in the price list shows a shipping carton quantity and weight. This is to help you calculate your freight cost. You can also use the shipping calculator on our product pages. Please note that these are only approximate weights, and should be used only for a freight estimate. They should not be relied on for 100% accuracy. Please note all freight calculations must be done through our website.

DAMAGES

Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair.

In today's world pretty much everyone has a digital camera. To save time and expense we are asking you to take digital photos of the damaged pieces, and to forward them to us with any damage claim. We still may ask to return the damaged pieces, but in most cases we will no longer have to do that if you include the pictures. Thanks for your cooperation.

All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.

RETURNS

If you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets canceled), we will take back the merchandise up to 3 months after the date that we ship it. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items. We do not accept returns on any candy or food items.

This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.

PRICE CHANGES

In the event of a price change, the price in effect at the time you place the order will prevail.
